Chapter Seven

Russ turned on the water while they both stripped, leaving their clothes in a neat pile on the sink before they stepped inside the warm shower. He was grateful Stephen was trying to keep him relaxed. He didn’t know exactly why this was stressing him out so much either, but somehow it seemed like if he could control how Christmas dinner turned out, he could control the way the weekend would go. The idea was irrational but hard to let go of.

Stephen crowded Russ against the tile, planting his hands on either side of Russ’ face as he leaned in to kiss him. Russ kissed him back, but his mind was still going a million miles an hour.

“Relax,” Stephen whispered, nudging his nose along Russ’ jaw. “Right now, I don’t want you to think about anything but me, okay? Just you and me, and all of the things I’m going to do to make you feel good.”

Russ closed his eyes and pushed all the thoughts swirling through his head away as the firm, coaxing pressure of Stephen’s mouth finally relaxed him. Well, some of him. “Oh, God,” Russ said with a gasp as Stephen’s tongue touched his skin. “Please.”

Russ closed his eyes and let out a low, throaty groan. Stephen’s tongue lapped and swirled, making goose bumps break out across his body.
